We needed flood damage restoration at our second home in Canton when the water heater broke and flooded the whole carpeted bedroom closet and bathroom area rugs. I didn't know who to call but my friend recommended Ameri-Best Carpet Steam Cleaning company as they do the commercial carpet cleaning at his office and pet groomers. He said their carpet cleaners use green cleaning methods that do an amazing job on the pet odor removal. Anyway, Ameri-Best came out as soon as we called them (they even beat us there as we were driving down from Springfield), assessed the water damage and got to work on the water extraction right away. There were professional and walked us through the entire process. Their carpet shampoo even achieved some spot and stain removal in the area rug cleaning that we never thought possible and their tile and grout cleaning left our tiles in the master bath bright and shiny. Our closet carpet and rugs were dry much sooner than we expected and their carpet deodorizing left them smelly fresh and clean, not moldy and dank. I'm so glad we called them and I'm sure we will use them again in the near future!

I have had Ameri-Best Carpet Cleaning company come to my house twice now and I have been very pleased both times. They taught me that carpet cleaning is one of the easiest home improvement efforts you can make (at least when you have a professional carpet cleaner do all the work). I have 2 young kids that like to get their sticky fingers into everything and 2 labs that are just as bad. Ameribest are fast and efficient, accommodated my schedule when I had to change it at short notice and did an outstanding job on the pet odor and carpet stain removal desperately needed both times. Their area rug cleaning saved me from throwing them out because I really thought the pet soiling spots and smell would never come out. I will be calling them out again to try their tile cleaning and I have already recommended them to my friends and family for everything from regular carpet steam cleaning to emergency flood damage.

Joe Martinez was absolutely wonderful to work with and very thorough. My husband and I recently bought our first home and we had a stain on one of our carpets which he treated. He told us to give him a call in a couple of weeks if it came back and he would come back out at no charge to treat it again. We also noticed a strange smell after he cleaned the carpet in our sunroom and he came back and applied a neutralizer to it when he came to treat the spot for the second time. Joe and his staff are wonderful! They get back to you quickly, they make a convenient appointment and show up right on time to do the job. He had to be at our office at 6:30 a.m. due to our patient schedule. The carpets look great and he guarantees his work. Joe is a pleasure to work with and is a perfectionist. I called Ameri-Best because I was in need of a carpet cleaning for a town house that was getting listed. The lady on the phone was very helpful as I explain my situation “I needed it done yesterday” she said there wasn’t any openings close by but she’ll keep my number in case anything gets cancel. Not even 10 minutes later she calls me to confirm a date that would meet my deadline. They were very professional, easy payment. Ameri-Best carpet cleaners is it family-owned franchise that has fair pricing and great service. The gentlemen that came to my home to clean my carpets were professional and I could tell they cared about their work. They provide accurate estimates over the telephone if you give them an accurate square footage count of your carpets. In addition if you happen to be a senior you'll get a 10% discount by asking. They pretreat the carpets with stain remover and if you happen to have pets they have a neutralizing spray for the carpet where the pet has urinated in the home. They even told me they would return if one of the stains in my carpet showed up again after the carpet dried.

The scheduler is very kind and informative in reviewing services, walking us through the process, price and timing. They communicate frequently and keep it quick - so there were no surprises, which is great. They quickly earned our trust -- so we expanded the job from a rug and coach, to cleaning the grout in a shower and basement carpet. All which they added quickly.
